Campus Drop is a student-to-student marketplace. Payments run through our secure card checkout, we keep a flat 10% service fee on the item value, and the rest belongs to the seller.
For buyers

- 3Pay securely by card — your money is held, not sent straight to the seller.
- 4Collect, get it delivered or couriered, then confirm you received it.
For sellers
- 1Add your profile, campus and bank details in seller onboarding.
- 2Post a listing with photos, price, stock and delivery options.
- 3We collect the payment on your behalf when a buyer checks out.
- 4Once the buyer confirms delivery, 90% of the sale is available in your earnings — request a payout any time.
The 10% service fee
On a R500 item the buyer pays R500 plus any delivery fee. Campus Drop keeps R50 as the service fee and R450 plus the delivery fee is credited to the seller's earnings balance. Delivery and courier fees always go to the seller in full.
